Viper currently provides software development and technical engineering services under Lockheed Martin in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program. The general scope of Viper’s support to Lockheed is to develop and deliver detailed documents, plans, reports and data as part of the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). Specific tasks included JSF Software Design Specifications. Software Design Recommendations shall include documents and/or diagrams detailing prescriptions for software code development. Documents shall present software requirement analysis and/or modeling. Diagrams shall include unit, class and sequence diagrams.

At SPAWAR, Analytic Solutions is developing a web-based Software Management Tool (SMT) for managing all aspects of C4I software installations on all U.S. Navy ships. This manages all personnel, logistics, financial, installation de-confliction, and generates all required reports required for successful completion of each installation. Analytic Solutions is utilizing Capability Maturity Model (CMM) guidelines and manages the software development environment.

Async-Nu Microsystems maintains a system for tracking data change requests, design change requests, problems, and other associated tasks for software maintenance and enhancements. Our staff updates and maintains the version control and configuration management database with associated information. We ensure that all modifications to the enterprise is fully documented and coordinated with the USCG configuration management processes and implemented in conformance with version and change control standards. VetsAmerica provided technical support and services to assure the VA E-Authentication Infrastructure and the VA E-Authentication Project were aligned with the VA enterprise level Identity and access management strategy. This included the following activities:

  • Providing technical representation and support at various meetings;
  • Conducting or participating in pilots, proof of technology, and various phases of testing;
  • Providing training and demonstrations of solutions to various audiences

One of the first challenges was to develop a way to satisfy a client need to use their e-authentication system to affect a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution for internal applications. VetsAmerica identified an innovative approach by using the certificate associated with Windows Active Directory (AD) to authenticate users. This had never been done before with the configuration of IBM Tivoli being used by the client.

Async-Nu Microsystems provides support for the United States Coast Guard’s Civil Engineering Program Office (CG-43). We support the Civil Engineering (CE) community in their business roles within their current and future logistics programs. As part of Logistics Transformation and in accordance with Commandant Intent Action Order (CIAO) 4: Logistics Organizational Alignment, we support the Coast Guard's Logistics Transformation Program Integration Office (LTPIO) goal to implement a standard, centrally managed logistics business process supported by a single IT system. This includes training and documentation for all functional areas of logistics management, including but not limited to: Configuration Management, Maintenance Management, and Technical Information Management.

3.22 Public Affairs - (W91QUZ-07-C-0015) Occoquan

Occoquan Crew Technologies, Inc, as the prime contractor since 2007, launched a rebranding program to reestablish Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) as a caring and technologically advanced source of military health care and expertise. OCTI assessed organizational needs and expectations, and identified the program components that would ultimately bring the change that WRAMC needed: 1) an aggressive internal communication support program; 2) an interactive health care hospitality program; 3) a staff recognition, incentives, and rewards program; and 4) external communications support. OCTI created a new brand identity for Walter Reed that included a new logo and comprehensive business collateral system. OCTI enhanced, streamlined, and in some cases created communications systems for Walter Reed’s patients and employees. These systems were developed to engage and sustain constant communication between WRAMC’s stakeholders. OCTI provided for support WRAMC’s Health Care Hospitality initiative. OCTI created the Virtual Concierge. The Virtual Concierge is a centralized source of information, tailored to the needs of Walter Reed’s beneficiaries, that enables patients and family members to function in a more comfortable and familiar manner while staying at Walter Reed and/or the DC Metro Area. The Virtual Concierge includes an interactive guide to DC, interactive maps, and videos. In order to create a patient-centric culture, and to achieve the AMEDD mandated 95% patient satisfaction target, OCTI developed the Q.U.E.S.T. for Excellence program. Q.U.E.S.T. is a comprehensive four-tiered staff recognition system. OCTI teamed with the Walter Reed’s Public Affairs Office to engage in public outreach projects including the creation of numerous brochures, an exhibit booth, and event planning support and management.
