Summary
Phigenics is an early stage company that specializes in helping our clients reduce the cost and improve the safety of their water systems. We are privately owned and managed by a mature team that has over 80 years experience in the industry. The facilities we focus on are primarily commercial and institutional, food and beverage and manufacturing. We are currently in need of a marketing manager to develop, establish and maintain all marketing and product advertising, promotional activities and pricing strategies.
Experience and Requirements
Relocation to North West Arkansas required.
10 years of marketing and/or product management experience.
Four year degree required. Technical degree (engineering or hard science) preferred.
Ideal candidate has a water related background and/or a background in the health care industry.
The successful candidate will help shape strategic direction and provide industry and product support to a technical sales force in the water management industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ability to manage and coordinate all marketing and advertising, conduct market research and analyze market data
The ability to develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products and monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate technical and scientific details.
Organization, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with little guidance.
Working knowledge of relevant software applications, web based marketing and social media.
