Important Messages:

Orders for overnight delivery must be placed by 11am CST.
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.
Special order requests may require 1-2 business days for processing.
Reuse your shipping box and all foam inserts to ensure the safety of the samples when returning them for analysis to the Phigenics Analytical Services Laboratory (PASL). If the samples are not packed properly or the foam inserts are not included, Phigenics is not liable for damages. In addition, any box returned without foam inserts or damaged foam inserts will incur a $25 replacement fee.
All turnaround times (TAT) are business days calculated upon sample receipt to PASL. If a report date falls on a weekend or holiday the report will be sent out the following business day, unless otherwise specified.
Chain of Custody and Test Instructions are included in all orders.
To ensure integrity of all samples and results, a signed Chain of Custody sheet must be received inside EACH box returned to PASL.
